Our Story
bt399 was created with a clear purpose: to bring a premium, transparent, and responsible online betting and live casino experience to players across Pakistan — in plain English, with local context, and in Pakistani Rupees.
Who We Are
bt399 is an English-language online sportsbook and live casino platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. From the moment a player in Karachi opens the site on their phone to someone in Lahore tracking live PSL odds on a Friday evening, every element of bt399 has been considered through a local lens.
We offer sports betting markets spanning Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and beyond. Our live casino section brings Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and live-dealer game shows directly to your screen. The entire experience is presented in PKR, runs smoothly on Android and iOS devices, and respects Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5) when displaying match schedules and event timings.
bt399 is not a bank, a financial service, or a government-affiliated platform. We operate under applicable international licensing where relevant. We do not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and do not claim approval from the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Players are encouraged to understand the laws applicable in their jurisdiction before participating.
⚖️ Legal Notice
Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This content is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. Please check local law before participating in any gambling activity. bt399 is intended for adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction.
Brand Story
The founding team identified that Pakistani sports fans — particularly cricket followers across Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore — lacked an online betting destination that spoke their language, displayed their currency, and understood their schedules. bt399 was conceived as the answer to that gap.
bt399 was developed with a mobile-first philosophy, recognising that most Pakistani users access the internet primarily through smartphones. All game categories, odds formats, and account management features were structured to work cleanly on smaller screens with variable data connections.
The platform launched with a strong focus on Pakistan cricket — domestic T20 leagues, ICC events, bilateral series — along with live casino and a growing catalogue of slot titles. Sports markets were structured around the events Pakistani fans genuinely follow, not a generic global template.
bt399 continues to grow its game library, improve platform performance, and develop responsible-gambling tools. Every product decision is reviewed against a simple standard: does this genuinely serve our players fairly, transparently, and responsibly?
What We Stand For
Every decision at bt399 is shaped by a consistent set of principles. These aren't marketing slogans — they're the operating standards the platform is built around.
To deliver a transparent, responsible, and genuinely enjoyable online betting and gaming experience for Pakistani players — one that respects local context, empowers informed decisions, and places player wellbeing above commercial pressure.
Odds, bonus terms, wagering requirements, fee structures and account policies are presented clearly and in plain English. We do not bury critical information in difficult language or small print.
bt399 provides genuine responsible-gambling tools — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options — and encourages players to use them. Gambling should be entertainment, never a financial solution.
Every feature on bt399 is evaluated from the player's perspective. If something creates unnecessary friction, confusion, or risk, it gets improved. User experience and fairness are non-negotiable priorities.
Account data, financial information and personal details are protected using HTTPS/SSL encryption and handled under a clear Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data for third-party marketing without consent.
From PSL match odds to PKR balance display, from Karachi-friendly mobile performance to Islamabad-time match notifications — bt399 is designed around Pakistan, not adapted to it as an afterthought.
We do not make guarantees we cannot keep. We do not invent license numbers, fabricate regulatory approvals, or overstate the legal position of online gambling in Pakistan. Honest communication builds lasting trust.
Platform Features
Six reasons Pakistani players choose bt399 for their sports betting and live casino experience — explained plainly, without the hype.
bt399 was designed for smartphones before desktops. Whether you're in Faisalabad on a 4G connection or Peshawar on a slower network, the platform loads quickly, navigates intuitively, and keeps the most important information front and centre on your screen.
Cricket is the heartbeat of Pakistani sports culture, and bt399 reflects that. PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series involving the national side — these markets are given full attention, not buried beneath European football. Football, UFC and international leagues are also well covered.
Your entire account — balance, bets, deposits, withdrawals — is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). No mental currency conversion, no confusion about how much you're actually staking. What you see is your money in a unit you understand.
Customer support runs around the clock via live chat inside the platform and via email at [email protected]. Our support team understands Pakistan Standard Time, local sports schedules, and the kinds of questions Pakistani players actually ask. Urdu assistance may be available on request.
Decimal, fractional and moneyline formats are available. Bonus terms, wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions are written in straightforward English — no layered fine print designed to obscure the actual rules. What you read is what applies to your account.
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion options are built into the account settings. These tools are available without contacting support — you can activate limits immediately and independently, at any time.
Our Commitment
Pakistan has one of the most passionate sports audiences in the world. The country's cricket following spans Multan to Rawalpindi, from university students watching PSL on their phones to dedicated fans who analyse every ICC tournament squad selection. bt399 exists to serve that audience with a product that respects their intelligence, their time, and their money.
We know that playing responsibly is not just a legal obligation — it's the right way to build a platform people can trust over the long term. That's why responsible-gambling tools are not an afterthought at bt399; they're a core part of account management, visible and accessible to every registered user at all times.
🏙️ Cities We Serve
bt399 is accessible to players across Pakistan's major urban centres: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform is in English, PKT-aligned, and mobile-optimised for Pakistani network conditions.
💳 Payment Context
bt399 acknowledges the payment methods most familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are listed as contextual references only. They do not imply that these providers endorse, partner with, or support bt399 in any capacity. Actual available deposit and withdrawal methods are confirmed within the platform cashier section and are subject to operator availability and local conditions.
⚠️ Player Responsibility
Gambling involves financial risk. bt399 encourages all players to set limits, take breaks, and seek support if gambling stops being enjoyable. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. For more information, visit the Responsible Gambling page.
Our Principles
Player Wellbeing
bt399 takes player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. When it becomes a source of financial stress or emotional harm, it has exceeded its purpose. Our platform provides a set of tools specifically designed to help players stay in control of their gambling habits.
These tools are not buried in account settings — they are accessible from the main account panel and can be activated without contacting support. We believe that easy access to protection tools is part of running a responsible gaming platform, not an optional add-on.
