These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bt399 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bt399 website located at https://bt399.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, bonuses, and customer support.

By accessing, registering on, or using bt399 in any manner, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

bt399 is an online betting and gaming platform. It does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim approval, regulation, or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. The Platform operates under applicable international licensing where relevant.

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active Account on bt399, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law;
2. You must be a human individual acting in a personal capacity and not as a corporate entity, trust, or representative of a third party;
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory;
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction;
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a gambling regulator;
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bt399 or any associated company;
7. All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current.

Upon registering with bt399, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being closed, all balances being forfeited, and any winnings being voided.

All deposits into your bt399 Account are processed in accordance with the payment methods available in the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice and may be affected by operator policy, technical limitations, or applicable regulations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before a payout can be processed:

• Your Account must be fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 4;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your Account balance must be fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method in the same name as your registered Account;
• Your Account must not be under review, suspended, or flagged for compliance assessment;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold specified in the cashier section at the time of the request.

bt399 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

bt399 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a general promotional summary and the detailed promotion-specific terms, the detailed terms shall prevail.

All wagers placed on bt399 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once a bet receipt or confirmation notice is displayed to the User;
• bt399 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or on markets that were published in error, including technical or pricing errors;
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, bt399's records will be considered the definitive record of the transaction;
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation. A bet is not accepted until a confirmation has been issued by the system;
• bt399 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per User at its sole discretion;
• Results are determined based on official sources and are final once settled unless a manifest error is identified within a reasonable review period.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with bt399:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus terms;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or using different identifying information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation method;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, coordinating promotional exploitation, or using third-party funds to fulfil wagering requirements;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.

Where bt399 identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it may, at its sole discretion, suspend the Account, void relevant bets or winnings, withhold funds pending investigation, or permanently close the Account and report the conduct to relevant authorities.

bt399 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• A User has failed to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitates such action;
• A User requests self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure;
• A User is identified as being below the minimum permitted age.

In cases of voluntary Account closure requested by the User, bt399 will aim to process any eligible remaining balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 6, subject to satisfactory completion of all verification requirements.

bt399 is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the Account settings panel and include:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — receive reminders or automatic session termination after a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend Account access for a chosen duration;
• Self-Exclusion — request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform.

All content on the bt399 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and structural design, is the exclusive property of bt399 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from Platform software;
• Use bt399's trademarks, brand name, or logos in any manner without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt399 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, however caused;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or inaccessibility of the Platform due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Any reliance by a User on the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt399 holds its applicable operating licence, as determined by the Operator.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their access and use of the Platform complies with all applicable Pakistani laws, regulations, and governmental orders. bt399 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

bt399 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bt399 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users through in-platform notifications or the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

bt399 aims to acknowledge all written complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve them in good faith.
